Hi, I’m Ron Sanders. A West Texas attorney with more than 23 years of trial experience, licensed in both Texas and New Mexico. I’m running for Judge of County Court at Law #2 to bring fairness, preparedness, and integrity to the bench.
I was born and raised in Texas and am grateful for the life I built here. I’m blessed with a wonderful family—three daughters, one son, and grandsons that keep me motivated to serve the community with steady leadership and strong values.
Before practicing law, I worked in engineering in the aerospace industry, supporting advanced projects in defense and space. That experience shaped my approach: preparation matters, details matter, and decisions should be grounded in facts.
I graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Texas at Arlington.
I also attended Texas Tech School of Law.
I am licensed to practice law in both New Mexico and the great State of Texas.
I have maintained a general practice across Texas and New Mexico, helping people through some of the most important moments of their lives.
With over 23 years of trial experience, I have witnessed both the best and worst of courtroom leadership. If elected Judge of County Court at Law #2, I will strive to emulate the very best: fairness, integrity, preparedness, and respect for every person who enters the courtroom.
